Another Osheaga has come and gone.
With it go a slew of AA clad barely legals, shirtless fest bros, and over priced booze.
Happily it was the best Osheaga line up to date.
Sunday
Highlights:
Iggy & The Stooges playing 1969 and making me feel like I was back in highschool.
The Duchess Says mudfight.
Sebastien Tellier looking impossibly cool.
Surprise of the the day:
Spiritualized were great live! Don’t let their recorded stuff fool you
Best of Fest (Sunday): Sebastian Tellier (though Iggy is a close second)
Monday
Highlights:
The Kills both kicking ass AND taking names.
Broken Social Scene’s scream session.
Gogol Bordello’s on-stage circus.
Suprise of the the day:
Gogol Bordello are WAY more fun live. Go see them!
